Design a consumer self-service user interface to reside on a retail kiosk device that allows consumers to complete an international Money Transfer transaction to friends and family around the world.
Project Overview
Problem
Business was new to offering self service option in retail environment which they were pursuing to improve the customer experience (avoid long wait lines at customer service desk to complete transfer, COVID friendly contactless transaction for store associates/consumers).
Solution
Design a kiosk experience to existing online experience that consumers use today that allows them to stage a transaction and then complete that transaction seamlessly at a contactless kiosk location near them.

Low Fidelity Wireframes were created to outline the basic layout of the app and to layout the actions needed to complete each task.
Mid Fidelity Wireframes were given more detail and UI elements were added.
